What to Do When It Arrives
Inspect the crate before opening. If the crate shows significant damage, photograph it before opening and contact us immediately. This almost never happens, but it's the right protocol.
Once opened, let the piece acclimate to your room's temperature and humidity for a few hours before hanging. Acrylic is durable, but rapid temperature changes can stress the canvas.
Textured acrylic paintings require essentially no maintenance — dust lightly with a dry microfiber cloth if needed. No water, no cleaners, no direct sunlight for extended periods (indirect and gallery lighting is ideal).
